Question) Why do we need to maintain security at offices and locations where assets are kept?
Answer) Because it will protect them against robbers, thieves, and looters.
But nobody ever seem to ask deeply enough. “Who exactly are these criminals?”
And do they not have any other productive ways to utilize their time and live within socially acceptable norms?
Do they not have any senior person they respect, fear, and listen to, who can warn them against committing any crime?
If that’s the case, nobody will be able to teach these disruptors the difference between social and unsocial, acceptable and unacceptable behaviors and actions.
Shouldn’t there be a designated authority figure who will make them understand the norms of co-existing in a harmonic society. A Civic Society.
For this reason I propose the police or the army or a new division. To digitally yet genuinely record each individuals status which is continually updated as changes occur.
One of the things this system will record is:
- Employment Status
- How much are they earning
- Are they earning enough compared to their financial duties or burdens based on standard cost of living
With this system in place, the government department will be able to readily indicate where the residents are at any given time based on this data. And whether they have sufficient opportunities to earn money to cover their own and their families’ expenses. And finally, whether they are engaging in their productive endeavors or deviating to antisocial crimes.
This system would ensure that no one is forced to engage in illegal or immoral behavior as a result of terrible circumstances or a lack of guidance and direction.
Based on this information, the government can then assign work by creating or utilizing already available and vacant work, and present each unemployed individual with numerous possibilities of available work based on the individual’s capability, and place them to work. This will eliminate the incentive to conduct crime as a result of adversity.
This would automatically help to direct all citizens towards a richer life while living a purposeful life.This change in supervised employment system will bring a positive shift to the national GDP and Economy.
The government here should balance the economy and keep a close measurement of economics and administrate the country accordingly.
And, once again, the government administration is required to balance the economy while keeping a statistics based measurement of GDP Cycle in order to regulate the country’s economic growth.
